SCS Regional Conference is coming up on Sept 11, 2021, in Los Alamos, New Mexico

The New Mexico Regional Chapter of SCS is holding the SCS’s first Regional Conference on September 11, 2021, at the historic Fuller Lodge in Los Alamos, NM. 

The program contains nine talks on a wide variety of science-faith topics, including the mission and vocation of a Catholic scientist; cosmic order as evidence of God; the search for extraterrestrial intelligence; controversies over Darwinian evolution; transhumanism; free will and physics; the nature of the human soul; Catholic thinking on nuclear weapons; and modern cosmology and the end of the universe.
