Lecture

Public Lecture at Aquinas College (MI) on Nov 8.

There will be a Public Lecture on Nov 8 at 6:30 PM in Albertus Magnus Hall on the campus of Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI. The lecture, entitled “Scientists Reading the Book of Creation,” will be given by Sr. Damien Marie Savino, F.S.E., Ph.D., who is Dean of Science and Sustainability at Aquinas College.  (Sr. Damien Marie Savino gave the keynote address at the 2022 SCS conference in June.)

Preceding the lecture, at 4:30 PM, there will be a Gold Mass celebrated by Bishop David Walkowiak, Bishop of the Grand Rapids diocese, held in Our Lady, Seat of Wisdom chapel on the Aquinas College campus [1700 Fulton Street E, Grand Rapids, MI 49503]. A reception will follow the Mass and will be held in the Albertus Magnus Hall of Science, followed by the Lecture at 6:30 PM.
