Gold Mass

Lecture, Gold Mass and Reception on Nov 15, 2024, in Ann Arbor, MI.

November 15 at 4:30 pm

There will be a Public Lecture on Friday, Nov 15, at 4:30pm at University of Michigan – Ann Arbor in the East Hall, Room 1360 (530 Church St., Ann Arbor, MI 48109).  The speaker will be Dr. José Bufill (co-founder of the Bur Oak Foundation, oncologist, and bioethicist). He will speak about the concept of conscience and its development in the Catholic tradition.

At 7:00pm, there will be a Gold Mass at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church (530 Elizabeth St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104).  The Gold Mass will be followed by a Reception at the Church at 8:30pm. 

These events are sponsored by the Michigan College Chapter of the Society of Catholic Scientists.
