Assistant Professor of Biology
In response to strong enrollment, the University of Mary Biology Program is expanding their full-time faculty and invites applications for a full-time position in Biology to begin Fall 2023. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. A doctorate degree in biology, biology education or a closely related field, is required by time of employment.
This position will involve teaching majors and non-majors introductory biology courses as well as courses in the applicant’s area of expertise. Applicants should understand, support, and advance the liberal arts, excel in teaching at the undergraduate level, and be willing to join other active program faculty in developing a research agenda appropriate for participation by undergraduate science majors (www.umary.edu/SURVE).
